How do I transfer my progress to a new device?
Contact Customer Support and share as much of the following information as possible:
- Your Friend Code (if you remember it. If not, don't worry.).
- The Friend Code that currently appears on your device (if you see a new one).
- Your username.
- A description of the profile picture(s) that were on your account.
- The approximate level you reached.
- The approximate number of Coins that you had on the account.
With this information, Customer Support will do everything they can to help recover your account.
